Jaysul & Priya

Sometimes, the most extraordinary love stories are the ones that patiently wait for their perfect moment. For Jaysul & Priya, their Indian wedding was exactly that—a celebration long overdue but absolutely worth the wait.

Set in the stunning grounds of a family home in Maidenhead, this wedding was the definition of a summer dream. With blue skies, sunshine, and lush greenery as the backdrop, the day was filled with love, joy, and vibrant traditions.

The Indian wedding ceremony took place in the expansive garden, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The energy was electric, with laughter and the sweet melodies of tradition filling the air. For us, capturing the heartfelt moments of the rituals—each so steeped in meaning—was an absolute honour.

One of the most special moments was stealing away with the couple for portraits on the breath-taking land of a nearby horse breeder. With stables and endless greenery framing their photos, the setting added an extra touch of magic to their love story.

This celebration was extra special for Jaysul & Priya, as they had postponed their Indian wedding due to COVID. A year later, they brought their dream to life, combining their Civil Ceremony date with this unforgettable event—a true testament to their love and resilience.

An Indian Wedding Celebration in Maidenhead

After postponing their wedding during the pandemic, Jaysul and Priya finally brought their families together for a summer celebration in Maidenhead.

Held in the grounds of a family home, their Indian wedding ceremony unfolded outdoors beneath blue skies, surrounded by the people closest to them. Colour, tradition and family filled the garden, giving us plenty to observe — from the rituals themselves to the reactions and interactions happening around them.

With so much taking place throughout the ceremony, our focus was on anticipating the moments that mattered while allowing the celebration to keep its natural rhythm.

Later, we stepped away with Jaysul and Priya for their portraits on nearby private land. Surrounded by open greenery and stables, the change of setting gave us space to slow things down, introduce a little direction and create something more considered together.

A long-awaited celebration brought to life in a setting that felt personal from beginning to end.
