FAQ
What types of photography services do you offer?
How do I get in touch?
Getting in touch is easy! Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the details of your wedding/event. We'll get in touch to hear about your wedding, discuss your requirements, and guide you through the booking process.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalised photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
How long does a typical engagement shoot last?
The duration of engagement shoots typically range from 1 to 4 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 6-8 weeks normally, during busier times this could be 8-12 weeks, however we aim to get you a sneak peak of photos within a 3-7 days so you can start sharing some of the amazing moments of your day immediately!
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Will I Be Able to Give You a List of Specific Shots We’d Like?
Absolutely! Please do let us know if there is anyone or anything specific you’d like us to capture and we’ll do our absolute best to capture them!
Please bear in mind that ‘Photo of dad crying when he sees me in my dress for the first time’ will not work as we like to capture things as organically and naturally as possible, so while we might capture the look, we can’t guarantee that he’ll be crying!
But for certain people, and groups or décor etc this is absolutely fine!
Will Our Guests Be Able To Take Photos While You Are?
100% Yes!
Weddings are for everyone to remember and capture in their own way so we’d never say no to guests trying to capture moments! However we do ask the guests to also respect our space and to try and avoid hovering over us while we’re snapping away - we always give the guests an opportunity to come up and take photos especially.
There could be times in the day or at some key moments where we might ask the guests to take a step back to allow us to do what we need to do but other than that, we’re happy that everyone is capturing and making memories for your special day!
Can We See Full Galleries of Previous Weddings?
Of Course!
During the enquiry stage with our couples we always send out 2-3 galleries from different weddings so you can see what a full day of photos look like, not just the epic ones we photographers post on socials!
How Many Photographers Will Cover My Wedding Day?
We always recommend two photographers at weddings and receptions! To give you the most coverage and to ensure we capture as much of your special day as possible we always recommend having a second shooter.
Even if we aren’t photographing your wedding, make sure you ask the question to your wedding photographer and while it might cost a little extra to have a second shooter, think of it as more memories captured for you to look back on - can’t really put a price on that can you?!
How Will We Receive Our Wedding Photos?ddings?
Depending on your photography package, we deliver photos digitally via Dropbox, or USB. We do offer prints and albums but they come at an extra cost, again usually dependant on your photography package.
If you have any questions in regards to prints or albums feel free to get in touch via the link in our bio!
What Do You Love About Weddings & What You Do?
Weddings take us back to when we got married! The excitement, the buzz and the rush, but also the nerves! Watching the day unfold for our couples and seeing the joy of the members of family is something truly special!
What Is Your Favorite Part Of a Wedding Day?
The vows! Watching the couple reciting their vows, the little looks and smiles, it’s just the best! You can literally feel the love flowing out of them, watching the guests stare with so much joy and the smiles and cheer after being declared husband and wife for the first time - for us it can’t be beaten!
Should We Have an Engagement Shoot?
Absolutely!
We always add these to our wedding packages as we feel this is a great way to spend time together and work together for the first time. We also find that it helps our couples get used to being in front of the camera so when it comes to the big day itself you know what to expect.
Something to note on posing, we don’t pose you through the wedding itself, but it’s definitely beneficial when it comes to your couple photos after the wedding, so in our view it’s a MUST!
